Recipe in English:

Ingredients:

1. Water as required

2. Spaghetti 300g

3. Namak (Salt) 1 & ½ tsp or to taste

4. Cooking oil 1-2 tbs

5. Soy sauce 1 tbs

6. Sirka (Vinegar) ½ tbs

7. Safed mirch powder (White pepper powder) 1 tsp

8. Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste

9. Lehsan powder (Garlic powder) 1 tsp

10.Chicken boneless stripes 300g

11. Baking soda ¼ tsp

12. Cooking oil 2 tbs

13. Soy sauce 2 tbs

14. Chilli sauce 3 tbs

15. Chilli garlic sauce 1 tbs

16. Oyster sauce 2 tbs

17. Til ka tel (Sesame oil) 1 tbs

18. Cheeni (Sugar) 1 tbs

19. Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste

20. Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) 1 tsp

21. Cooking oil 1-2 tbs

22. Gajar (Carrots) julienne 1 cup

23. Shimla mirch (Capsicum) julienne 1 cup

24. Band gobhi (Cabbage) shredded 1 & ½ cups

25. Cooking oil 2-3 tbs

26. Lehsan (Garlic) sliced 8-10 cloves

27. Hara pyaz (Spring onion) white 2 tbs

28. Spaghetti boiled

29. Fried Chicken

30. Prepared chowmein sauce

31. Stir fried vegetables

32. Hara pyaz (Spring onion) leaves 1-2 tbs


Directions:

Step #1: In boiling water add spaghettis & mix well.

Step #2: Add salt, mix well & boil until tender (4-5 minutes).

Step #3: On a pot place a strainer, strain it & rinse with tap water. Add oil, mix well,strain & set.

Step #4: In a bowl add soy sauce, vinegar, white pepper powder, salt, garlic powder & mix well. 

Step #5: Add chicken boneless stripes & mix well.

Step #6: Add baking soda & mix well. Cover & let it rest for 15 minutes.

Step #7: In a wok add cooking oil, marinated chicken, cook for 4-5 minutes on medium flame or until done & set aside.

Step #8: In a bowl add soy sauce, chilli sauce, chilli garlic sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, sugar, salt, black pepper powder, mix well. Chowmein sauce is ready & set aside. 

Step#9: In the same wok add cooking oil, carrots, capsicum, cabbage, mix well & sauté for 2 minutes. Take out & set aside.

Step#10: In same wok add cooking oil, garlic & mix well.

Step #11: Add spring onion white, mix well & sauté for a minute.

Step #12: Add boiled spaghettis & mix well for a minute.

Step #13: Add cooked chicken & mix well.

Step #14: Add prepared chowmein sauce, mix well & cook for 1 minute on high flame.

Step #15: Add stir fried vegetables & mix well.

Step #16: Add spring onion leaves, mix well & serve.

ابلتے پانی میں سپیگٹز ڈال کر ملائیں نمک ڈال کر ملائیں اور اچھی طرح ابال لیں چار سے پانچ منٹ تک ایک برتن پہ سٹرینر رکھیں اور سپیگٹیز کو چھان کر پانی سے دھو لیں آئل ڈال کر چھان لیں اور الگ رکھیں

ایک باول میں سویا سوس، سرکہ، سفید مرچ پاؤڈر، نمک، لہسن پاؤڈر ڈال کر ملائیں

 چکن سٹرپس ڈال کر اچھی طرح ملائیں

 بیکنگ سوڈا ڈال کر ملائیں ڈھک کر 15 منٹ کے لیے رکھ دیں

کڑاہی میں آئل گرم کریں اور میرینیٹڈ چکن ڈال کر چار سے پانچ منٹ تک میڈیم فلیم پہ پکائیں اور الگ رکھ دیں 

ایک باول میں سویا سوس،چلی سوس، چلی گارلک سوس اوسٹر سوس، تل کا تیل، چینی ،نمک، کالی مرچ پاؤڈر ڈال کر ملائیں ۔ چاومن سوس تیار ہے 

اسی کڑاہی میں تیل ڈال کر گاجر، شملا مرچ، بند گوبھی ڈال کر ملائیں اور دو منٹ تک فرائی کریں اور الگ رکھ دیں

 اسی کڑاہی میں تیل ڈال کر لہسن ڈال کر ہلائیں 

ہرا پیاز سفید ڈال کر ملائیں اور دو منٹ تک فرائی کریں

ابلی ہوئی سپیگٹوز ڈال کر ایک منٹ تک ملائیں 

فرائیڈ چکن ڈال کر اچھی طرح ہلائیں

 چاومن ساس ڈال کر ایک منٹ تک ٹیسٹ چولہے پر پکائیں 

فرائیڈ سبزیاں ڈال کر چمچ ہلائیں ہرا پیاز ڈال کر ہل ملائیں اور چاومن سرو کریں۔
